Free, self-paced mini course
Aligned & Aware
Clarify what matters, notice what pulls you away and take values-led action.
A clear path, without pressure.
A reflective course for turning values into small, observable choices while making room for difficult thoughts and feelings.
This course is designed for people who feel disconnected, indecisive or pulled between other people’s expectations and their own priorities. Across seven modules, you will build an understanding of the pattern, practise one skill at a time and create a plan that can survive ordinary life. You can complete it in one sitting, but spacing the modules across several days usually creates more opportunity to practise.
The material is psychology-informed education rather than therapy, diagnosis or individual medical advice. Evidence can identify promising approaches; it cannot tell us exactly what one person needs. Keep what is useful, adapt what is not and involve qualified support when the problem is persistent, severe, complex or connected with safety.
Values are directions, not achievements
distinguishing ongoing qualities of action from goals, rules and approval seeking
Open module →Module 2Notice the borrowed rulebook
recognising shoulds, roles and social expectations without automatically obeying them
Open module →Module 3Map what gives and drains meaning
using patterns of vitality, pride, resentment and grief as information rather than verdicts
Open module →Module 4Unhook from the inner commentator
making space for self-doubt so action does not depend on confidence arriving first
Open module →Module 5Choose the smallest aligned move
turning abstract values into behaviour that is specific, proportionate and observable
Open module →Module 6Handle competing values
making humane trade-offs when care, honesty, rest, security and growth pull in different directions
Open module →Module 7Build an alignment review
reviewing direction without grading your worth or demanding perfect consistency
Open module →Turn the course into one small plan.
Choose one idea to remember, one practice to repeat and one situation in which to use it. Then name the sign that would tell you to seek more support. A tiny plan you can recall is more useful than a long plan that disappears under pressure.
The clearest idea or skill from the course.
A small repetition you can try within 48 hours.
A person, service or professional you could involve.
