Printed workbooks and physical products
Printed workbooks are available for UK delivery. The delivery address is checked with Lulu and the postage charge is shown on Stripe Checkout before payment. Lulu prints the book after payment, then dispatches it by Mail. Production and delivery times vary and are not guaranteed dates.
For an earlier order placed through another seller, use its order-tracking and address-change tools. Happy Mind Society can help you identify the correct support route.
Digital products
Courses and digital downloads are not sent by post. After successful payment, sign in with the purchase email and open your Library.
If access is missing, contact info@happymindsociety.com with the purchase email and order reference. Do not send passwords or full card details.
Late, missing, or damaged deliveries
For an HMS direct order that is late, missing, damaged, or incorrect, contact info@happymindsociety.com with your order reference and purchase email. We will investigate with Lulu and arrange the appropriate remedy.
